Comfortable well equipped one bedroom apartments (30m2 each) within a secure condominium with a large outdoor pool, sun-deck and guest lounge in the hotel zone in the west of Funchal.

The apartments provide guests with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle (hairdryer, iron and washing machine). In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette, free cable tv,  free wi-fi  and a balcony with sea view.

Parking is provided at no cost (subject to availability), and a further public car park is close by. 

There is direct access to the coastal promenade for relaxing walks, jogging and for seafront cafes, bars and restaurants. Two swimming pool complexes, (Ponta Gorda and Club Naval), with sea access are situated just 50 metres from the apartment building.

The Madeira Forum Shopping Centre is just a few minutes walk from the apartment with it´s hypermarket, banks, multitude of shops, 6 cinemas, cafes, coffee shops and snack bars. One street up you will find a selection of smaller shops including the famous CR7 boutique owned by the sister of the famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo.

The centre of Funchal is 3 km away and is served by regular local bus connections. There is also a frequent Aerobus service nearby to the airport (23 km). Upon request I can arrange for you taxi transfers to and from the airport.

Golfers will find the closest golf course (Palheiro Golf) within 30 minutes driving distance from the apartment. Another golf course (Santo da Serra Golf) is about an hour drive away.
